White at home back at club level: 2012 Victoria Premier League Cricket Northcote v Richmond.
Victorian Bushranger's captain, Cameron White, has had a day out back at club level in round six of the Premier League. White bagged five wickets and scored 73 for Richmond in their clash with Northcote at the Bill Lawry Oval. The Tigers took just 44.3 overs to roll the Dragons for a meagre sixty-six.
At stumps on day one Richmond are four for 186 with Weeks not out on 53 and Sartori on four. Earlier in the day the Dragons found themselves on the backfoot at three for nine and they never recovered with wickets falling regularly. White finished with five for thirteen from 11.4 overs and Tiger's skipper and paceman, Alan Wise, chipped in with three for ten off twelve overs.
For the Dragons only Monteleone and Abbatangelo reached double figures with 23 and 16 respectively. White then opened the Tiger's innings with keeper Ryan Carters and the pair put on 62 before the Dragon's opening batsman, M.Stoinis, claimed the scalp of Carters caught behind for 28. Stoinis then had Delmont trapped in front for three and the Tigers were two for 66.
However White was then joined by C.Weeks and combined in an 81 run partnership to steer Richmond to a handy position at stumps, setting them up for outright points next Saturday.
